"The next twenty years will reshape how cultures meet. Let's be a be part of that story."
«The most important things happen where worlds meet»
I spent over a decade in international strategy — building markets from zero, working across cultures and languages, advising companies on how to grow beyond borders. That work earned awards and results. Then I started writing.

The next twenty years will reshape how cultures interact, how businesses cross borders, and how people understand each other. I see my work as making that transition easier — bridging the gaps between worlds before they become walls.

Two books came out of this journey so far. One is a novel that became a bestseller. The other is a business methodology. Both are about the same thing: how trust is built between people who see the world differently.
A novel. Bestseller in Russia.
THE ARCHITECT OF THE INVISIBLE

One man crosses the world to restore what cannot be seen — the living connections between people. First print run sold out.

Readers call it "a book you finish in one sitting."

A new paradigm for business in multicultural systems.
ARCHITECTURE OF TRUST

An engineering approach to measuring and building trust when you're working across cultures, languages, and markets. Based on a decade of real-world experience.

The Story

Where cultures meet, trust is built.

Mikhail Sharapov is an author and strategic consultant specializing in international markets and cross-cultural business. He holds a Master's in International Finance and a Diploma in Psychology & Sociology. Over a decade-long career, he architected market entry strategies for international brands, built and scaled multicultural business operations, and conducted over a thousand mentorship sessions with business owners and executives. His work has been recognized with the Distinguished Leader Award (2025) and peer-reviewed academic publications. Today he writes, travels, and works on what comes next: books, ideas, and projects that make the world a little more connected.

The world is entering two decades of deep cultural shift — in how we do business across borders, how we build trust between people who think differently, and how we tell stories that actually connect. I'm looking for collaborators, not followers. If you're working on something where cultures meet — a project, a book, a company, an idea — I'd like to hear about it.

What comes next is more interesting than what came before.
