Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to your personal data when you visit thetrustarchitect.com or write to me. The short version: this site collects nothing, and if you email me, I use your message only to reply.

1. Who is responsible

Mikhail Sharapov, sole proprietor (Russian Federation; tax ID 231007260276). Contact: mikhail@thetrustarchitect.com.

2. Visiting the site

The site has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no forms. It is served from my own server; the server does not keep visitor logs. Fonts and images are loaded from this domain only, so no third party sees your visit.

The only exception is the /connect link, which downloads a contact card (vCard) with my details, not yours.

3. If you email me

When you write to mikhail@thetrustarchitect.com, I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use this information only to answer you and to continue the conversation you started, for example about a talk, a consultation or a company project. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and, where we go on to work together, the performance of our agreement.

I do not use your details for marketing, I do not sell or share them, and I do not add you to any mailing list. Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation or the project is active and for up to one year afterwards, unless the law requires me to keep records longer.

4. Who else sees your data

Only the services needed to deliver email and host this site: my email provider and my hosting provider (Beget, Russian Federation). If you are writing from the EU or the UK, please note that your message will therefore be processed in Russia.

5. Payment links

Occasionally I send clients a short payment link on this domain (thetrustarchitect.com/p/…). Such a link only forwards you to the payment provider's page; the payment itself, and any data you enter there, is handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. This site does not see your card details.

6. Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email me and I will reply within ten working days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
